MyPrecinct: New York City provides heat maps of the precincts of NYC. Users can view heat maps of crime, fire and medical alarm box availability as well as pinpoint locations of items such as alarm boxes(with response times) and parking facilities by searching their own precinct. This application helps to pull together important information regarding the safety of NYC residents and visitors interested in finding prime locations to live, work, and play.
